The purpose of the course is to provide knowledge and tools needed for institutions and social movements know how to conduct advocacy processes, based on the concept of advocacy from the perspective of law and through knowledge of the structures and mechanisms existing for these actors to participate and / or create their own processes and/ or advocacy strategies.
In this sense, the specific objectives of the course are:
Thus, the ultimate goal is to move unmet social demands and / or human rights violations to higher levels of security and protection thereof, and result in a strengthening of organized civil society and, ultimately, of democracy itself .

The course is aimed at all individuals, groups, organizations and social movements involved in advocacy processes in Spain and the rest of the world, who have social concerns and willingness to learn tools and resources necessary to carry processes impact from the human rights-based approach.
LIDIA SERRANO TUR. specializing in International Law and freshwater question on who has made several publications. It is IDHC responsible training IDHC and collaborates with various NGOs in defense of the human right to water and sanitation.
MANEL REBORDOSA, Freelance in the field of cooperation, degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and master in Free programms by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. He has worked in various NGOs (Enginyeria Sense Fronteres, Architectura Sense Fronteres, Acción contra el Hambre, among others) in both field projects on urban services and citizenship, mainly from South-Saharan Africa (Cameroon, Guinea, Burkina Faso , Mali, Mozambique) how in the field of EPD in several projects and advocacy initiatives relating to the right to housing, right in the city or the right to water.
